To make prioritising your health even easier, SAP is sponsoring free skin checks for all employees. These can be accessed

Onsite Health Checks
At SAP, caring for our employees goes beyond the workplace, reflecting our commitment to your overall health and wellbeing.
We encourage everyone to make regular health checks part of their overall health and wellbeing routine, as they are crucial for the early detection and prevention of a range of health conditions. Proactive health checks empower you to better understand your health status and take steps to maintain your wellbeing now and into the future.
To make it even easier to prioritise your health, each year in March. SAP is sponsoring free onsite health checks for all employees. The 20-minute check assesses: • Biometric measurements- blood pressure
• resting heart rate
• waist circumference
• waist/height ratio
• blood glucose
• diabetes risk score*
• total cholesterol
• HDL cholesterol
• total cholesterol/HDL ratio and
• CVD risk score^
• Lifestyle Factors- physical activity, diet and nutrition, sleep quality, smoking and alcohol consumption

2. Claim your Molemap Clinic Voucher - (Closes 28 Feb'26)
If an Onsite Skin Check is not available at your SAP office or you are unable to attend on the day of the Onsite Skin Check, you can claim your FREE Molemap Voucher here, closes 28 Feb. '26.
The Molemap Voucher is valued for 6-months after the date you donwload the voucher.
Note. You must present your SAP identifier or proof of ID (must match the name on the Voucher) when you attend the Molemap Clinic. Your Molemap Voucher is not transferrable and is expclusively for you as a SAP employees. The voucher can not be sold or transferred to anyone else.

What should I expect from my Onsite Skin Check appointment?
- A full-body skin check performed by an experienced melanographer.
- All melanographers are female.
- Any spots of concern will be imaged and securely forwarded to our
dermatologists for review and diagnosis after your appointment.
- Education on sun safety and skin cancers as well as details on how to
‘self-check’
- Access to our secure portal which will store you follow-up report from
the dermatologist detailing any findings and follow-up actions
required

How do I book an appointment?
- Book your appointment online using the link provided above.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email and sms. Additionally,
you will receive a link for “My Molemap” which is our secure portal
where you will complete your pre-appointment checklist, sign a patient
consent form and access your report after your appointment.
To find the checklist go into the appointment tab, then click view
on the far-right side of the page. Once there you will have the
option to complete the checklist.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
- Click the link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email to
cancel in your My Molemap account.
-To change/cancel go into the appointment tab, then click view on the
far-right side of the page. Once there you will have the option to
change/cancel the appointment.

Annual Skin Check
At SAP, we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees. As part of this commitment, we’re offering complimentary skin checks conveniently at work to help you prioritise your health without disrupting your day. Regular skin checks are an important step in early detection and prevention of skin cancer, especially in Australia’s sunny climate.
Around 2 in 3 Australians will be diagnosed with skin cancer by the age of 70, but most cases can be successfully treated if found early.
We encourage all employees to take advantage of this initiative and book a session to ensure your skin stays healthy and protected.
Employees can access their Skin Check via any of the below:
